FD BRINE SHRIMP

About product

freeze-dried brine shrimp

A natural food in the form of small chunks for omnivorous and carnivorous fish, made by freeze-drying adult brine shrimp (Artemia salina).

This food is highly favored and eagerly consumed by fish. It is a source of easily digestible protein, chitin, and natural color enhancers.

However, in its fresh or even frozen form, it can be a source of pathogens dangerous to fish.

The freeze-drying process effectively eliminates all organisms that could cause diseases in the aquarium.

Freeze-drying also preserves delicate vitamins, unsaturated fatty acids, proteins, and other nutrients in brine shrimp, making it a valuable and natural food for ornamental fish.

Can be fed dry or pre-soaked.
